- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Chipotle Chile Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Ground Cumin
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons diced tomato
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mash beans in medium bowl until slightly chunky. Add sour cream, tomato paste, chipotle chile pepper and cumin; mix until well blended. Cover
