INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Mix oil, lime juice, cilantro, salt, garlic powder and red pepper in medium bowl until well blended. Place pork in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Spoon 1/2 of the oil mixture over pork; turn to coat well. Reserve remaining oil mixture
  • 2 Refrigerate pork 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove pork from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Add tomatoes and avocado to reserved oil mixture; toss gently. Set aside
  • 3 Preheat broiler. Place pork chops on broiler rack and pan coated with no stick cooking spray. Broil 5 minutes; turn and sprinkle with paprika. Broil 5 minutes longer or until desired doneness. Serve pork chops with avocado mixture
