Ingredients
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ All Natural Cilantro
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Garlic Powder
- 1/8 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Crushed Red Pepper
- 4 boneless center-cut pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Paprika
- 3/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
- 1 medium avocado, peeled, seeded and diced
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix oil, lime juice, cilantro, salt, garlic powder and red pepper in medium bowl until well blended. Place pork in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Spoon 1/2 of the oil mixture over pork; turn to coat well. Reserve remaining oil mixture
- 2 Refrigerate pork 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove pork from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Add tomatoes and avocado to reserved oil mixture; toss gently. Set aside
- 3 Preheat broiler. Place pork chops on broiler rack and pan coated with no stick cooking spray. Broil 5 minutes; turn and sprinkle with paprika. Broil 5 minutes longer or until desired doneness. Serve pork chops with avocado mixture
