INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place pork and vegetables in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
- 2 Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove pork and vegetables from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Alternately thread pork, vegetables and pineapple onto skewers
- 3 Grill kabobs over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until pork is desired doneness and vegetables are tender, turning occasionally and brushing with additional marinade, if desired. Serve with cooked rice, if desired
