Clear Imitation Vanilla Extract

A clear imitation vanilla extract used in desserts, baked goods, and beverages.

USAGE
Wedding White Frosting

1 cup vegetable shortening
1 tsp. McCormick® Clear Imitation Vanilla Extract
1 pkg. (16 oz.) confectioners' sugar, sifted
2 to 3 tbsp. milk

BEAT shortening in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Mix in Extract.

BEAT in confectioners' sugar, 1 cup at a time, on low speed until well blended. Add milk, beat on medium speed until light and fluffy.

Makes 2 cups.
USAGE
Use in recipes when you want to keep the perfect white color and the great flavor of vanilla.
