Raspberry Brownies
1 pkg. (21 oz.) fudge brownie mix4 tsp. McCormick® Raspberry ExtractRaspberry Chocolate frosting (recipe follows)
PREPARE brownie mix as directed on package. Stir in Extract.
BAKE and cool as directed on package. Spread Frosting evenly over brownies. Cut into squares. Garnish each brownie with a fresh raspberry, if desired.Makes 24 brownies.
Raspberry Chocolate Frosting: Stir 2 teaspoons Extract into 1 container (16 ounces) prepared chocolate frosting.
