You Will Need
1 pkg. McCormick® Four Cheese Sauce Mix
2 tbsp. butter
1¼ cups milk
8 oz. pasta, cooked and drained
MELT butter in small saucepan on medium-low heat. Stir in milk and Sauce Mix.
STIRRING frequently, cook on medium heat until sauce comes to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. (Sauce will thicken upon standing.) Serve over pasta.
Creamy Pasta with Chicken & Peas: Stir 1½ cups cooked chicken strips or cubes and ½ cup cooked peas into prepared sauce.
