You Will Need
1 package McCormick® Four Cheese Potato Seasoning
4 cups cubed potatoes (about 1 1/2 lbs. or 4 medium potatoes)
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp. butter
COOK potatoes in lightly salted water in medium saucepan 15 minutes or until tender.
DRAIN well. Return potatoes to saucepan. Add Seasoning Mix, milk and butter.
MASH potatoes until desired consistency.
Makes 5 (1/2-cup) servings.
