Recipe Tips & FAQ's
Can I use half and half instead of milk for French toast?
Yes! Any dairy or plant-based milk can be used to make baked French toast, even sweetened and flavored non-dairy milk. However, whole milk, half-and-half or heavy cream will create a more decadent batter than reduced fat or non-dairy milk.
