DIRECTIONS
1. Mix Marinade Mix, oil, water and vinegar in small bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons marinade for basting. Place tilapia in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat well.
2. Refrigerate 15 minutes. Remove tilapia from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade in bag.
3. Broil 8 to 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Brush with reserved marinade halfway through cooking time.
