INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons McCormick® Herb Garden Seasoning Blend
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pound thinly sliced boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon capers (optional)
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix flour, Seasoning Blend and salt on plate. Moisten chicken lightly with water. Coat evenly with flour mixture.
2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add 1/2 of the chicken; cook 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet; keep warm. Repeat with remaining chicken.
3. Stir chicken broth, wine and lemon juice into skillet, scraping to loosen browned bits. Add capers, if desired; cook 5 minutes or until liquid is reduced by half.
4. Return chicken to skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 to 2 minutes or until chicken is heated through.
