DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Brush fish fillets with oil. Coat both sides of fillets evenly with Crusting Blend. Place on foil-lined shallow baking pan. Discard any remaining Crusting Blend.
3. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Tips
Skillet Directions: Moisten 1 pound tilapia fillets lightly with water. Coat both sides of fillets evenly with 1/3 cup McCormick® Garlic, Lemon & Rosemary Crusting Blend. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-low heat. Add fillets. Cook 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Add additional 1 tablespoon oil as needed.
