INGREDIENTS
1 package OLD BAY® Tuna Classic® Cake Mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cans (6 ounces each) tuna, drained and flaked OR 12 ounces fresh tuna, cooked and flaked
2 tablespoons relish or finely chopped celery (optional)
4 round sandwich rolls (optional)
McCormick® Original Tartar Sauce for Seafood (optional)
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix Classic Mix and mayonnaise in large bowl. Add tuna; gently toss until well mixed. Stir in pickle relish or chopped celery, if desired. Shape into 4 patties.
2. Broil or fry 5 minutes per side or until browned, turning once. Serve on rolls with tartar sauce, if desired.
