DIRECTIONS
1. Pour oil into deep fryer, large heavy skillet or saucepan, filling no more than 1/3 full. Heat on medium heat to 375°F.
2. Stir Batter Mix, Sesame Seed, sugar, water and sesame oil in medium bowl until mixed. (Batter will be slightly lumpy.)
3. Dip a few shrimp at a time into batter. Shake off excess. Carefully add shrimp, several pieces at a time, to hot oil.
4. Fry 3 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Drain on paper towels. Serve with Honey Ginger Dipping Sauce.
Tips
Honey Ginger Dipping Sauce: Mix 3/4 cup orange juice, 2 tablespoons each sliced green onion, honey and soy sauce, and 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Ginger until well blended.
