- 2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Ginger

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add ground chicken; cook and stir 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir in water, Gravy Mix, vinegar, garlic, ginger and sugar. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and most of liquid has evaporated, stirring occasionally.
- 2 Spoon chicken mixture into center of each lettuce leaf. Sprinkle with desired toppings. Fold sides of lettuce over filling and roll up to serve.
TIPS AND TRICKS
Serving Suggestion: Top chicken mixture with shredded carrots, thin red bell pepper strips, chopped peanuts, chopped fresh cilantro or chopped green onions before rolling up.
