- 2 packages McCormick® Original Taco Seasoning Mix
- 2 cans (14 1/2 ounces each) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (15 3/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place chicken in slow cooker.
- 2 Mix Seasoning Mixes, tomatoes, corn and beans until blended. Pour over chicken. Cover.
- 3 Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Remove chicken from slow cooker.

Shred chicken, using 2 forks. Return chicken to slow cooker; mix well. Serve over cooked rice with assorted toppings, if desired.
To Prepare in Electric Multifunction Cooker:
Place chicken in electric cooker with 1/3 cup of water. Mix Seasoning Mixes, tomatoes, corn and beans until blended. Pour over chicken. Cover. Set to cook for 30 minutes on MEAT/STEW function or until chicken is cooked through. When done, quick release the pressure. Open the lid once pressure inside the pot is completely released. (Check manufacturer’s manual for safe operating directions.) Shred chicken, using 2 forks. Return chicken to electric cooker; mix well. Serve over cooked rice with assorted toppings, if desired.
