Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 bone-in pork chops, 1/2-inch thick (about 1 1/2 pounds)
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small apple, such as Gala or Granny Smith, thinly sliced
- 1 package McCormick® Applewood BBQ Chicken Skillet Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add pork chops, onion and apple; cook pork 3 minutes per side or until lightly browned.
- 2 Stir in Skillet Sauce. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes or until pork is desired doneness and onion and apple are tender.
