INGREDIENTS
1 package McCormick® Four Cheese Potato Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups milk or half-and-half
2 pounds baking potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix Seasoning mix, salt, pepper and milk in bowl. Set aside.
2. Layer 1/2 of the potato and onion slices in lightly greased 2-quart baking dish. Pour 1/2 of the milk mixture over potatoes. Top with remaining potatoes and onions. Pour remaining milk mixture evenly over potatoes. Cover.
3. Bake 45 minutes. Remove cover. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake additional 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
