DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Microwave potatoes on HIGH 7 minutes, turning potatoes halfway through cooking time. Let potatoes cool slightly.
2. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out potato flesh into medium bowl, leaving 1/4-inch edge to form shell. Set shells aside. Mix milk, Seasoning mix, salt and pepper. Add to cooked potato along with butter. Mash with potato masher.
3. Fill shells evenly with seasoned potato mixture. Place stuffed potato halves on baking sheet.
4. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
