Ingredients
- 2 pounds russet or Idaho potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Parsley Flakes

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place potatoes in 2-quart saucepan. Cover with water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- 2 Drain and return potatoes to saucepan. Add garlic and salt.
- 3 Mash with potato masher, gradually adding milk, then butter. Stir in cheese and parsley.
