INGREDIENTS
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
2 cans (15 1/2 ounces each) white beans, drained
2 cans (14 1/2 ounces each) stewed tomatoes, cut up
1 can (8 3/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles
1 package McCormick® Slow Cookers Chili Seasoning
1 cup chicken broth
DIRECTIONS
1. Place chicken, beans, tomatoes, corn and chiles in slow cooker.
2. Mix Seasoning and broth until blended. Pour over chicken mixture; mix well. Cover.
3. Cook 6 hours on LOW or 3 hours on HIGH.
Tips
Slow Cooker Tip: For best results, do not remove cover during cooking.
