- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed

Substitutions available
- any brand of smoked or Andouille sausage
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix water, Rice Mix, chicken and Sausage in large saucepan until well blended. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender.
- 2 Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
