- Place 2 large beverage glasses in refrigerator or freezer for 10 minutes to chill.
- Meanwhile, beat heavy cream, Finishing Sugar and vanilla in medium bowl with electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- Add a scoop (about 1/2 cup) of ice cream to each chilled glass. Top each with about 1/2 cup whipped cream, half of the soda, then another scoop of ice cream. Divide remaining whipped cream between the 2 glasses and sprinkle with additional Finishing Sugar.
