- Prepare pudding according to package directions; allow to soft-set in refrigerator at least 5 minutes.
- Place 1/4 cup pudding in the bottom of 4 small glasses. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of the Finishing Sugar and 2 tablespoons each crushed cookies and smashed raspberries. Spoon another 1/4 cup pudding over top of raspberries. Dollop whipped cream on top and sprinkle with additional Finishing Sugar.
