- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick Gourmet™ Chipotle Chile Pepper
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ All Natural Mexican Oregano
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Ground Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Sicilian Sea Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Cut chicken into twelve 1-inch wide strips. Mix brown sugar and seasonings. Rub each chicken strip evenly with seasoning mixture until completely coated
- 2 Thread the chicken in zigzag fashion onto skewers. Spray each strip thoroughly with no stick cooking spray
- 3 Broil or grill over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes until cooked through, turning occasionally
