Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs, skin removed
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Mint
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Oregano Leaves
- 1 tablespoons McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Coarse Ground Black Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Grill chicken over medium heat in covered grill 30 minutes or until cooked through, turning every 10 minutes
- 2 Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended
- 3 Place cooked chicken in baking dish. Pour seasoning mixture over top; turn to coat. Cover with foil; let stand 10 minutes to absorb flavors
