Ingredients
- 1 package (14 ounces) McCormick® Grill Mates® Chipotle & Cheddar Smoked Sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
- 1 can (11 ounces) Mexican-style corn, drained
- 1 cup instant rice
- 1 cup water
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add sausage; cook 5 minutes or until heated through.
- 2 Stir in beans, tomatoes, corn, rice and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes or until rice is tender.
- 3 Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.
