USAGE
You Will Need
1 pkg. McCormick® Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix
2 lbs. lean ground beef or turkey
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs OR 1 cup soft bread crumbs (2 slices bread)
1/2 cup ketchup, chili sauce or tomato sauce (optional)
MIX all ingredients except ketchup, in large bowl until well blended.
SHAPE meat mixture into a loaf. Place in foil-lined baking pan or 9x5-inch loaf pan. Top with ketchup, if desired.
BAKE in 375° F oven 1 hour or until cooked through.
USAGE
Serve with McCormick® Brown Gravy or McCormick® Mushroom Gravy.
Use 1/2 cup ketchup in place of milk.
Mini Meat Loaves: Shape meat mixture into 8 loaves. Place in 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake 30 minutes.
