- 2 cups hot water
- 1 cup El Guapo® Chamomile (Manzanilla)
- 2 cups peeled and chopped cantaloupe
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups cold water
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix hot water and chamomile flowers in medium bowl or large glass measuring cup. Let stand 5 minutes to steep. Strain through fine mesh strainer into blender container.
- 2 Add cantaloupe and sugar to blender container. Cover. Blend on high until completely smooth. Strain through mesh strainer into pitcher. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. Serve cold over ice.
