Ingredients
- 1 cup long grain white rice, uncooked
- 1 El Guapo® Whole Cinnamon (Canela Entera)
- 2 cups boiling water
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® All Natural Pure Vanilla Extract
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place rice and cinnamon stick in medium heat-proof bowl. Add boiling water. Soak 4 to 8 hours. Do not drain.
- 2 Transfer rice mixture and milk to blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Strain mixture through a fine mesh sieve. Pour into large pitcher.
- 3 Whisk in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Serve over ice. Refrigerate leftovers in airtight container.
