- 1/2 cup whole chia seeds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey

Substitutions available
- cinnamon ground
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® All Natural Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cayenne Red Pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Nutmeg
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl until well blended. Cover. Refrigerate overnight.
- 2 Stir before serving. Top with toasted chopped nuts and sliced strawberries, if desired.
