Ingredients
- 2 quarts (8 cups) water
- 1 package (7 ounces) El Guapo® Elbow Pasta
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peas and carrots blend
- 1 cup frozen corn kernals
- 3/4 cup McCormick® Mayonnaise With Lime Juice
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon El Guapo® Ground Black Pepper (Pimienta Negra Molida)
- 1 cup ham, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Bring water to boil in large saucepan. Add Elbow Pasta, cook 8 to 10 minutes or until tender, stirring in peas and carrots during last 5 minutes of cooking. Drain. Rinse with cold water. Drain well; set aside.
- 2 Mix Mayonesa, sour cream, salt and pepper in large bowl. Stir in cooked pasta, vegetables and ham. Toss gently to coat. Cover.
- 3 Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. Mix gently before serving.
