Ingredients
- 2 ( 8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chiles
- 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 cup Crispy Jalapenos
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 PREHEAT oven to 350° F.
- 2 WHISK cream cheese and mayonnaise together until smooth. Add 1/2 the bacon, 3/4 cup Jalapeños, green chiles, cumin, Mexican and mozzarella cheeses. Stir to blend.
- 3 TRANSFER to pie dish.
- 4 COMBINE remaining Jalapeños and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over the top of the dip along with the remaining bacon crumbles.
- 5 BAKE for 20 minutes until dip is bubbling. Serve hot with your favorite crackers.
