Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon French's® Honey Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
- 3 tablespoon light sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast
- 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 3/4 cup low sodium black beans
- 2 med green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat Mexican blend shredded cheese
- 4 (8 inch) whole wheat tortillas

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 BLEND mustard, sour cream and chili powder in medium bowl. Stir in chicken, corn, black beans and green onions.
- 2 SPREAD about 1 cup mixture on one-half of each tortilla. Sprinkle each with 2 tbsp. cheese. Fold tortillas in half.
- 3 COOK in hot nonstick skillet or grill pan, coated with nonstick spray, for 5 min., turning halfway during cooking. Cut in half to serve. If desired, serve with fresh salsa.
