Ingredients
- 12 large hard cooked eggs
- 6 tablespoon light sour cream
- 2 tablespoon French's® Chardonnay Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
- as needed French's® Original Crispy Fried Onions
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 REMOVE yolks from whites and place in bowl.
- 2 MASH yolks and blend in sour cream and mustard.
- 3 SPOON/PIPE yolk mixture into egg white halves. Arrange on lettuce-lined platter.
- 4 CHILL, covered. Sprinkle with paprika, Crispy Onions or minced parsley, if desired.
