- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 1/4 cup French's® Honey Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
- 3 cups vegetables
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella, Jack or Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 HEAT oven to 400°F. Arrange toasted muffins on baking sheet. Combine oil and mustard; brush evenly on muffins.
- 2 TOP muffins with vegetables and cheeses. Bake 5 minutes until cheese melts.
