Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground turkey breast
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup fresh whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1 large egg white
- 3 tablespoon reduced fat Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoon French's® Honey Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup pineapple chunks or wedges
- 1 small red bell pepper, cut into squares

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 MIX turkey, oatmeal, bread crumbs, egg white, cheese, mustard, garlic and black pepper in large bowl. Shape into 24 meatballs.
- 2 PLACE 4 meatballs on each skewer, alternating with pineapple and bell pepper.
- 3 GRILL meatballs 10 min. on well greased rack over medium heat until no longer pink inside, turning often.
