Ingredients

  • 12 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
  • 1/3 cup French's® Dijon Hickory Smoked Stone Ground Mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
  • 3 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
  • 24 small sweet pickle chips, (optional garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks; place in small bowl. Mash yolks with fork or potato masher. Stir in mustard, mayonnaise, relish and onion.
  • 2 Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg white halves. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and top with a sweet pickle chip, if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
