- 12 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
- 1/3 cup French's® Dijon Hickory Smoked Stone Ground Mustard
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
- 3 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- 24 small sweet pickle chips, (optional garnish)

- 1 Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks; place in small bowl. Mash yolks with fork or potato masher. Stir in mustard, mayonnaise, relish and onion.
- 2 Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg white halves. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and top with a sweet pickle chip, if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
