Ingredients
- 2 cups cubed crusty bread, (1-inch cubes)
- 2 cups French's® Original Crispy Fried Onions, divided
- 12 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup French's® Classic Yellow Mustard
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Parsley Flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- 1 package (16 ounces) breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Spread bread cubes and 1 cup of the Crispy Fried Onions in bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
- 2 BEAT eggs, milk, Mustard, parsley and pepper in large bowl until well blended. Stir in sausage, bell pepper and 1 1/2 cups of the cheese. Pour egg mixture over bread cubes.
- 3 BAKE 35 to 40 minutes or until center is set. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and Crispy Fried Onions during last 5 minutes of baking. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
