Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup French's® Spicy Brown Mustard
- 2 tablespoons French's® Classic Yellow Mustard
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 loaf French’s® Mustard Challah Bread, cut crosswise at an angle into 12 slices
- 6 teaspoons butter, divided
- 12 slices (about 12 ounces) deli ham
- 12 sunny-side up fried eggs
- McCormick® Parsley Flakes, (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 WHISK syrup, Spicy Brown Mustard and Yellow Mustard in a medium saucepan until smooth. Bring to simmer; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes until smooth and slightly thickened. Remove from heat; keep warm.
- 2 BEAT 4 of the eggs and milk in large shallow dish. Working in batches, soak bread slices in egg mixture about 2 minutes per side. Discard any remaining egg mixture.
- 3 MELT 1 1/2 teaspoons butter in large skillet. Place 3 bread slices in skillet. Cook 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining butter and bread slices.
- 4 TOP each slice of French toast with 1 slice ham and 1 sunny-side up egg. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons Mustard Maple Syrup and sprinkle with parsley, if desired, to serve.
