Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup French's® Original Crispy Fried Onions
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 HEAT grill to medium-high. Mix beef, 1/2 cup Crispy Fried Onions, 1/2 cup cheese and bacon. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Shape mixture into 4 patties.
- 2 GRILL patties about 10 min. until no longer pink in center (160°F internal temperature), turning once.
- 3 PLACE burgers on rolls. Top with remaining onions and cheese.
