Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cherry preserves
- 1/4 cup French's® Classic Yellow Mustard
- 2 tablespoon Water
- 1 tablespoon French's® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 (6 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Savory Onion Grits
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 MIX preserves, mustard, water and Worcestershire in measuring cup; set aside.
- 2 COOK chicken in hot oil in nonstick skillet until browned on both sides, about 15 min.
- 3 STIR mustard mixture into skillet. Simmer over medium-high heat 3 to 5 min. until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked in center.
- 4 SERVE chicken with Savory Onion Grits (see recipe below).
