- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 package French's® Original Chili-O Seasoning Mix
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) petite diced tomatoes
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Brown ground beef in large skillet; drain fat.
- 2 Stir in Seasoning Mix, tomatoes, beans, water and macaroni. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
- 3 Stir in 1 cup of the cheese. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Cover. Let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream, sliced green onions and jalapeños, if desired.
