Ingredients
- 3 cup (6 ounces) French's® Original Crispy Fried Onions
- 2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoon reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- 1 pound catfish fillets

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 MIX Crispy Fried Onions and Cajun spice in plastic bag. Crush with hands or rolling pin.
- 2 COMBINE mayonnaise and Frank's RedHot Sauce in large bowl. Add fish strips to bowl and toss to coat.
- 3 DIP coated fish strips into Onion crumbs.
- 4 BAKE fish strips on foil-lined baking sheet at 400°F for 15 min. or until fish flakes with a fork.
