Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) can French's® Original Crispy Fried Onions
- 2 tablespoon grated lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 PLACE Crispy Fried Onions into plastic bag. Lightly crush with hands or with rolling pin. Mix in lemon zest and seasonings. Transfer to pie plate or waxed paper.
- 2 Whisk mayonnaise and lemon juice together in small bowl. Coat chicken pieces all over with mayonnaise.
- 3 DIP chicken into onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere; flipping over to coat both sides. Place chicken on baking sheet.
- 4 BAKE at 350°F for 20 min. or until no longer pink in center.
