Ingredients
- 2/3 cup French's® Tomato Ketchup
- 2 tablespoon French's® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 Angus beef patties
- 4 ounce fresh mozzarella with prosciutto roll
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon basil
- 1 focaccia bread
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 COMBINE 1/3 cup Ketchup and Worcestershire. Grill or broil burgers brushing frequently with Ketchup mixture, until desired doneness. Top each burger with 2 slices mozzarella and prosciutto roll. Grill 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- 2 COMBINE remaining 1/3 Ketchup with mayonnaise and basil.
- 3 ARRANGE burgers on focaccia and serve with basil ketchup. Top with roasted red pepper if desired.
