Ingredients
- 1 package (20 ounces) frozen shoestring French fries, thawed, divided
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 3 tablespoons French's® Classic Yellow Mustard
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, such as Hellmann's ® Real Mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 8 kosher dill pickle spears
- 4 1/4-pound Angus beef burger patties
- 8 slices crisply cooked bacon

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 PREHEAT waffle maker. For each waffle, mix 3/4 cup French fries with 1/4 cup cheese. Spray waffle iron with no stick cooking spray. Place French fry mixture in center of waffle iron and press firmly to close. Cook 5 minutes or until crispy and browned.
- 2 MIX Mustard, mayonnaise and ketchup in small bowl. Grill burgers over medium heat about 4 to 6 minutes per side or until cooked through, brushing with half of the Mustard mixture after flipping burgers. Grill pickle spears alongside burgers, just until heated through and lightly charred.
- 3 SERVE burgers between 2 French fry waffles. Top with bacon and grilled pickle spears. Drizzle remaining Mustard sauce over burgers and top with lettuce and tomato, if desired.
