Ingredients
- 3 cup (6 ounces) French's® Original Crispy Fried Onions
- 3 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 6 (1/2 inch) thick bone-in pork chops
- 1 large egg

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 PLACE Crispy Fried Onions and flour into plastic bag. Lightly crush with hands or with rolling pin. Transfer to pie plate or waxed paper.
- 2 DIP pork chops into beaten egg; then coat with onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere. Place chops on baking sheet.
- 3 BAKE at 400°F for 20 min. or until no longer pink in center.
