Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/3 cup Tomato Ketchup
  • 2/3 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup minced onion and red bell pepper
  • 1/3 cup French's® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • ketchup meatloaf glaze

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 HEAT oven to 350°F. Mix Ketchup and remaining ingredients in large bowl.
  • 2 SHAPE mixture into loaf in greased baking dish.
  • 3 BAKE 1 hour. Drain fat. Optional: Spread glaze over meatloaf and bake for 7 more minutes. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
