Ingredients
- 4 (5 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 2/3 cup peach preserves
- 1/3 cup French's® Classic Yellow Mustard
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon grated peeled ginger root or 1 tsp. ground ginger

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 HEAT a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Cook chicken about 5 min. per side until browned and cooked through. Remove to plate; keep warm.
- 2 STIR remaining ingredients into skillet. Boil about 5 min. until slightly thickened.
- 3 ADD chicken to skillet. Heat through.
