Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups hot chicken broth
- 1/2 cup uncooked white rice
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning and garlic powder
- 1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1 1/3 cups French's® Original Crispy Fried Onions
- 2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound flounder fillets
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 paprika (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 HEAT oven to 375°F. Combine hot broth, rice and seasonings in 2-quart baking dish. Cover; bake 10 minutes.
- 2 STIR in broccoli, 2/3 cup Crispy Fried Onions and Parmesan cheese. Arrange fish fillets on top. Bake, covered, 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is cooked. Stir rice.
- 3 SPRINKLE fish with paprika and top with Cheddar cheese and remaining onions. Bake 3 minutes until onions are golden.
